Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-09

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Telsi (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Telsi provides an AI assistant that runs on dedicated infrastructure provisioned for your account and is delivered through Telegram. Your assistant’s responses are produced by third-party large language model providers that we route requests through on your behalf. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose, and not to use it in any way that violates the rights of others. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide raw access to the underlying model providers, nor attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or billing.

5. Digital assets & payments

Telsi procures language-model services from third parties on its own behalf. The following terms describe how that works and what your subscription does and does not entitle you to. They are an essential part of this agreement.

Digital assets are company operating assets

Any digital assets held by Telsi are company operating assets used to procure third-party services on our own behalf. Customers acquire no ownership, custody, or beneficial interest in any digital asset held by Telsi.

Your subscription buys the Service, not tokens

Your subscription entitles you to the Service. It does not entitle you to any digital asset, token, or crypto-denominated balance, and confers no right, claim, or interest in any cryptocurrency.

Payments are not redeemable for crypto

Payments are for the Service and are not redeemable, withdrawable, or convertible into digital assets, nor transferable to any external wallet or account.

Funds flow one way

Funds flow one way: from your payment to Telsi's procurement of language-model services on your behalf. Telsi operates no path that returns digital assets to customers.

6. Automatic renewal & cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online from the billing portal in your dashboard — cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of the current period. By subscribing you authorize Telsi to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation is self-serve and available online at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. You can manage or cancel your subscription at your billing portal. For annual subscriptions, we email a renewal reminder before your subscription renews so you have an opportunity to cancel.

7. Fees & billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, with optional top-up packs for additional usage. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method as described in the automatic renewal section above. Applicable taxes may be added.

8. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew thereafter. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Telegram (message delivery), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and content delivery), and our language-model gateway (model routing). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telsi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law
