Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run Telsi and bill it:

• Account details — the name and email address you provide when you sign up.
• Authentication data — credentials and session information used to keep you signed in.
• Usage metadata — for example, message counts. We do not store the content of your conversations; that lives with the tenant runtime that powers your assistant.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card numbers.
• Telegram bot token — the bot token you provide, stored encrypted, so your assistant can connect to Telegram.
• Consent records — a record of the terms and disclosures you agreed to, and when.

2. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and bill the Service;
• prevent abuse and protect the security of the Service;
• comply with our legal obligations.

3. Third parties & processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — email.
• Fly.io — hosting.
• Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery.
• LLM gateway — model routing.
• Telegram — bot delivery.

4. Cookies

We use a single authentication session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. We retain auto-renewal consent records for at least three years, as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at kd@sky64.io.

7. International users

Telsi is operated from, and processes data in, the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
